Excellence Team Ministries

 

The Excellence Team Ministries  support  Pastor  Nard’s  vision,  by  setting a 

good  example  to  those  inside  and  outside   the    membership   of  Word  

of Deliverance,  through  a  consistent  display of  spiritual  strengths, moral

fortitude, and personal integrity.

 

In order to participate in any of the Excellence Ministry Teams, the following requirements must be met: Must have completed Pathway-New Members Orientation Class. Must have been a consistent tither for the past 90 days. Must have victory in manifestation for six (6) months in the areas of: smoking, drinking, narcotics, and illicit sex. Must attend regular weekly services both Sunday and Midweek. Must be living a lifestyle that is consistent with Christian principles, Pastor Nard’s vision and the rules and regulations governing the Volunteer Ministry Teams. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Must be filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

 

When building effective excellent ministry teams, each ministry team must consist of congregational members who are spiritually growing, personally invested and have a personal stake in the church’s vision becoming reality. To intentionally engage in revitalization, the right approach is to develop functional ministry teams.  1 Corinthians 12:28 says, God has set specific groups, (including the Helps Ministry), in place within each church to assist Him in establishing order and serving His people.

 

These Excellence Team Ministries are Helps Ministry Teams here at Family Life Church. They are  the consolidation of various groups of born again, spirit filled individuals forming a nucleus surrounding Pastor and First Lady Nard, and the other staff Pastors to aid them in meeting the operational demands of the Ministry and the spiritual needs of the people who participate in the worship, study and social activities of Family Life Church.

 

The Purpose of the Excellence Ministry

Team is threefold: To assist Pastor Nard in carrying out his God-given vision in spreading the Gospel; including the eternal salvation, divine healing and health, the full operation of the gifts of the Spirit, as well as spiritual and earthly prosperity. To work, share, and participate together with Pastor Nard as one body.

 

To become a part of a Ministry Team, you must complete an application and submit it to the coordinator of Membership Services. You can pick up an application after service on Sundays and Midweek Bible Study. Applications can also be mailed or picked up during the week from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday.

 

Let’s make a commitment this year not to sit idle but to get involved with at least one Ministry Team and raise our level of commitment. YOU ARE A GAME CHANGER!
